only a little comment

little coment on this article.

it seems more obvious that the government only think about the output of the education system without think about the input. the most important things is the quality of the education per se. if this input is good, subsequently, the output will be good.

depend what you mean by input and output.

Do you mean output only as number of student passing the high school? Or quantity and quality? or whether they are intermediete input for university/labour market.

By input do you mean the number of student entering high school? or quantity and quality? or also include school budget, teacher etc

the term output in my mind is the quality of the student who passing the high school. with the new system, absolutely, only good quality student can pass.

on the other hand, quality of input such as the teachers, learning equipments, and even the school's building is far from good.

what i mean is the first homework is to make these input better, then simultaneously the quality of the output will be better.
